:: A MONTH FOR MILESTONES ::

WOW Brogan has realllllly had a lot of milestones throughout month #7. We have to watch him constantly now to make sure that he is not getting into this or that. He started pulling up! And that boy does not have ANY fears. He is already letting go when he stands up next to something! Here's a short video of him doing the "worm" (thats what we call his crawl) and pulling up next to the couch... and him letting go and plopping back down on his behind :)

Brogan also got a tooth that popped through a week and a half ago! Morgann and her boyfriend Mike found it while they were watching him one day! As you can see in the below pictures he wasn't too fond of me trying to take a picture of it! It was the bottom right, and the bottom left will be coming either this week or next week by the feel of it!

FINE FINE Brogan wins... no picture of the toofer... :(

We have been trying to get Brogan on more of a schedule with feedings and naps. Right now he is eating rice cereal mixed with formula in the morning with a 4 oz bottle, 1-2 short morning naps, sometimes with a bottle in between breakfast and lunch. For lunch he will either have a vegetable or a fruit with some Juice in his new sipper cups. Then a long afternoon nap and a bottle sometime. Then the opposite (fruit or veggie) in the evening for dinner. We have been recently trying to give him a bottle around 8:00 for his last bottle before bed so that we can get his tooth and gums brushed before going to sleep. We also want him to not be used to going to bed with a bottle so that he can stay asleep longer at night, or if he wakes up be able to self-soothe and go back to sleep without having to use a bottle or wake up mom! So far he's been doing really well! And is actually sleeping better with not having a bottle right before bedtime. Which I am really excited about!

Brogan is also starting at the babysitters on Monday the 8th, so we wanted to get him on more of a consistent schedule! We are so excited that we found someone that is going to take such good care of our little man! They are right on the way to work for me, which makes it easy to drop him off. And they also have a son Andrew who is just a few months older than Brogan! They hit it off so well, Brogan actually showed a preference for him and before we left gave him 2 hugs and a kiss... ALL BY HIMSELF! It was really neat, and a big confidence boost that we had made the right decision!
